Privacy Policy

For those of you without the time to read pages and pages of detail and legal talk…. we’ve captured all the really important stuff right here in these two paragraphs!

Your privacy is paramount. We respect it and promise we’ll never abuse it. We will never pass on, trade, exchange or sell your personal details to anyone without your express consent. Not even a sister company, a ‘friendly third party.’ There is one exception, when you join an event, we will pass on your name to the charity you have chosen to support so it can validate your attendance of an event for which you will have booked a place.

The functionality of the website allows for direct messages to be sent and received by its members, but no email address or personal details are made visible or passed on through this process. Should you suggest an event to a charity, for which you will manage on the charity’s behalf, a contact number will be requested of you so that site members who have booked and paid to attend your event can contact you regarding any event matters.

If you don’t have time to read the rest of the Policy don’t worry – that really is as complex as it gets. But if you’ve got more time and you want the full, extended version, please read on:

By visiting or registering with CharitySportEvents.com, you are agreeing to the practices detailed in the Privacy Policy below so please read on to find out how information relating to you will be treated as you use our site.
